Some countries put out a lot of pointless and excessive issues mainly aimed at collectors, and which are never sold in their own countries. Some of this is also outsourced to agencies such as Stamperija, which design and sell issues straight to collectors. Listed below are those countries that I believe abuse the spirit of philately. I will not be updating my lists for these countries beyond what is already listed.
